  • MOBILITY TRAINING

    With much more than just a goal of flexibility, this routine will increase overall range of motion, relieve muscle strain and tension, improve posture and assist in preventing fitness related injuries.

  • BOXING

    Improve your speed and coordination by mastering evasive quick footwork, punching style and other stimulating activities such as jumping rope and calisthenics.

  • LENGTHEN AND STRENGTHEN

    Focus on the mind body connection through exercise and movement that requires core stability, strength and flexibility training with an attention to muscle control, posture and breathing.

  • HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

    With a goal of increasing one's cardiovascular health, short bursts of high intensity movements are alternated by a lower intensity flow.
