Elevé sculpt is a dynamic full body workout. It blends low impact sculpting series, built on elements of Pilates, barre and functional training, with easy to follow dance cardio, to lengthen, tone, and feel great during and after working out.
In Booty Burn, we will fire up your glutes, light your hammies on fire, help you build strength and definition, and get powerful. This is a lower body class that helps build definition and strength. Expect to get a three-part workout that integrates usage of various modalities, such as gliders, Booty Bands and heavy weights.
The Ness workout is anything but ordinary. Known as the premier workout for trampoline cardio and muscle sculpting, each ness class is beat - based, low impact, high intensity full body workout.
